La mia esperienza riguarda i primi step del processo di selezione. Fin da subito è chiaro che Bending Spoons applica una selezione estremamente rigorosa, basata su test iniziali pensati per filtrare in modo netto ed estremo i candidati, allungando i tempi di selezione, preparazione e stress.

Overall, very good experience, although I failed the logic interview in a non-easy environment. In fact, I was given some logic problems in English, and asked to think out loud in Italian, it might not seem like a huge problem but it has a toll on the reasoning.

The different stages were enjoyable to perform, but my lack of focus during the majority of them ultimately decreased my interest in the company and its goals. So apply, but be prepared for a gruesome and slow wait between each stage.

The question was about my approach to problem-solving, rather than a specific technical skill. It was a situational question designed to see how I think under pressure. They wanted to understand my thought process and how I would tackle a complex challenge from multiple angles.
