Benefact Group interview questions

Had multiple stage interviews for the role and was told I was the perfect candidate and they wanted to make me an offer. THEN they ask about my own personal financial history - I’m in an IVA. They turn on me and treat me terribly. Judging my situation, saying I may steal money from the company to pay off my own debt, rolling their eyes when I was explaining really personal information about my life that led to me being in the IVA. No consideration at all for the sensitive information shared, no empathy. 3 weeks of my time wasted and left the final call in tears due to the way I was spoken to and looked down on by their heads of HR. Made to be a liar and questioned my integrity. Not a company I’d want to work for anyway after that. Stay clear.

Very seamless and well organised interview process. The recruiter kept in regular contact throughout and provided regular updates, which made the experience feel smooth and transparent. Each stage was clearly explained in advance, and scheduling was straightforward.
