Benoy interview questions

Online interview with two senior team members. It lasted one hour which did feel very long for an initial interview. They took the interview from a meeting room together, as a result it did feel a bit impersonal as it was difficult to read their faces. One of the interviewers came off as fairly arrogant. It should also be noted that the urban design team is made up of almost exclusively just architects and they tend to look for those with similar backgrounds as they also do a lot of architectural work.

The interview process is efficient, emphasizing practical problems and hands-on experience. The interview lasted over forty minutes. It primarily focused on discussing and asking questions about the portfolio, with a moderate level of difficulty.
