I found this position on a job board and got set up for a informational interview with someone from HR. They just told me about the position, it was more casual and conversational more so than an actual interview. A few days after that i had the actual interview with the people who would be my managers and who i would actually report to, I was a bit apprehensive at first going in, but very quickly i noticed how easygoing and nice everyone was. Everything was virtual, i didn't go to the office and meet anyone in person till after i had actually accepted the job. I was impressed with how thorough and detailed the whole process was. I could tell early on that this would be a great place to work.

To ensure your time isn’t wasted, there’s a phone interview with someone from HR. They answer your questions regarding company and even compensation ranges. If you both feel like the company could be a good fit, they pass along your information to the director of your department. My next interview was with the Director and my immediate potential supervisor. They offered multiple times for an in-person interview and one was selected. On interview day, I was buzzed in to the lobby and welcomed warmly. The office is so unique and you are given a moment to look around at the awards or a design book, or of course you can sit and wait. My interviewers were prompt, welcoming, and prepared. We discussed my resume, the things that stood out to them that could be helpful in the new position, and they asked clarifying questions to better understand what I could bring to the table. I felt informed and excited when I left. Within a couple of days, I got a call from HR and was given a formal offer letter.
