My interview was performed on Microsoft teams with numerous senior technical and managerial staff from the western region of the services team. There were numerous technical questions in regards to rotating equipment and balancing.

The first round was with Human Resources and was general. The second round was subject matter experts from corporate, and last round was with hiring manager and was more of a rubber stamp.

Really wanted to work for them and they didn't seem to know what they wanted from me in the interview. I have to say this was the most unprofessional interview I had, the tact was not there.

Evaluate a whole process based on a random product, test of machining knowledge, test of a random fixture, test of circuitry and just knowledge of engineering theory aptitude.
