Interview
Short interview and it seemed like he had already made up his mind about me before I walked in the door! Lots of interns around - wonder if they ever get hired? All in all a pretty negative experience and I'm glad I didn't wind up there.

He really grilled me for inside information on my freelance clients - how big they were, what kind of work they needed, and way more - guess he wants to poach them?

Interview
Jerome, the founder, interviewed me for a half hour, asked very hard questions. It was good overall, but be prepared to be grilled. He will wince if he doesn't like your answer. French honesty. Expect your answers to be challenged a lot.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Berard Associates (New York, NY) in Feb 2016
Interview
Cookie cutter questions. Very guarded. Interviewer met with me over Skype as i was away for the week. Spent most of the time twiddling his hands and looking away rather than making eye contact; also would ask a question and then mostly answer it himself rather than engage in what I had to say.
Thank you Glassdoor for forewarning me that this was going to be difficult and a sub-prime experience.
