Bergmann & Moore interview questions

They were very easy, behavioral based questions. Be prepared to think on your feet. The questions target personality and motivation and challenge you to think about why you really want the job. Typical interview.

Process consisted of an initial phone call with the HR Director, then a video call with that same Director and some mid-level supervisors, then a writing evaluation for which I had a 3 hour window, and then a final video call with the Director again and high-level supervisors. The whole process from initial email contact to the last interview took about a week and a half. Each interview was about 40 minutes.
