Interview
Had an in-person interview, where we discussed the responsibilities of the role and mine and the employers expectations. Then I had a training session with current employees and managers, where I was taught how to use the sound / lighting equipment.

Why do you want to be part of the Berklee stage crew?
What experience do you have working in live events, using mixing consoles and lighting equipment?
Straight forward. Asked me about my background with equipment and my interest in synthesizers. Talked about my studies at school. Asked me my availability and if I am able to cover certain shifts.
