The overall interview process was very straight forward. 3 interviews all together. One phone interview with HR. In person interviews with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Director. Questions were asked about my experience, what I expected of the job, and what was expected of the job.

Interview

Several conversations prior to meeting in person. Several interviews in person with managing staff. I appreciated their thoroughness (and conversational style) because it let me know they care about existing employee opinions of the candidate.

Friendly fast and easy. Hiring process was quick started 2 weeks after offer was given. They do a thorough background check with each employer listed, and drug test. Orientation was maybe 3 days before official first day.
