The interview process was the most pleasant even though it spanned many s longer time. I appreciated that there was an in person interview included so that I could meet future colleagues.

The interview process is thorough and intentional. Questions felt relevant to my work experience and position applied for. Multiple part interviews that were done remotely. The only con was that in order to complete a mandatory skill assessment, you need access to a home computer or laptop, this could not be done via mobile or away from your home as they needed to see your internet connectivity. I had to scramble to find a laptop I could use.
