Unprofessional. The Manager didn't even take the time to prepare by reading my resume prior to. He talked at me for the entire time, not asking about any of my experiences; I had to interrupt to speak. The interview ended with him notifying me that the position wasn't even available yet, that they were anticipating an employee to depart.
