I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Berlin Packaging
Interview
After being reached out to through LinkedIn, I corresponded through email with a recruiting partner and the operations manager. I had a phone interview with the account coordinator supervisor. I felt great after the interview and was told I would hear news within a week. The week passed with no contact. I reached out at the two week mark via email and did not hear back. I find it extremely unprofessional when a company will not respond after you have begun the interview process. I would have loved to know and appreciated a statement saying they didn’t feel that I was a right fit for the position. The waiting game and cold shoulder is not fair to a professional potential employee.

Application
I applied online. I interviewed at Berlin Packaging (Secaucus, NJ)
Interview
I applied online. Did one virtual interview then was sent a PI assessment. I followed up and was told to take the assessment, let the interviewer know I already submitted the assessment. They told me they would check internally and then never got back to me. So I was ghosted during the interview process.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Berlin Packaging (Fairfield, CA) in June 2019
Interview
Wonderful. Easy and very transparent. Everyone was very communicative and gave great instructions as well as expectations. From my phone screen to the physical interview I knew what to expect at every turn.
