Initially spoke over the phone with a manager, who was very polite and friendly. Asked basic questions around past experience. Then a more formal interview with HR, who delved further into my work experience and asked some behavioural questions Asked about previous food industry roles. Was very polite and friendly. Asked some easy behaviour questions like when did you show leadership and providing example of working in a collaborative team environment
