The interview process was very relaxed. You are interviewed by the current Head Residents who are typically people that you see all around campus. The questions are not trick questions and as long as you answer them truthfully then the process should go fine. They offer a moment to ask them questions and they give you the opportunity to voice your opinion about the current RA staff.
