got only as far as HR screen. Its clear that the rep likes her job. I got a call about 2 months after applying so i could only imagine the number of people she had to speak before she got to me. Hundreds?
The product is genuinely interesting and the moat is defensible - very much unlike most of generic SaaS companies.
Got screened out unfortunately, no actionable feedback, oh well.

Invited to a recruiter screening. Everything seemed pretty positive in my opinion. Recruiter stated she would get back to me by next week. Never heard back. Sent a message, and never heard back again. Send a final message, and still have not heard back. I truly did not mind the rejection, just terrible practice to be ghosting your candidates. If this is how they treat candidates, I really do not want to know how they treat their employees.
