BAB requires multiple questionnaires as well as participation in a one month group exercise to determine suitability for employment as well as ability to adapt to their culture. The process is quite unique and can be tedious. Recruits also complete a phone interview directly with the President.

Interview
First I had to fill out several forms and submit by email along with a resume. It was conducted online and by phone. It was a bit tedious. They require you to jump through a lot of hoops. The owner has an interesting philosophy. I joined in the middle of a big reorganization process.
