I applied online. I interviewed at Best Choice Roofing and Home Improvement (Jackson, TN) in Sept 2021
Interview
I was contacted for an "interview" and instructed to come to the office at 9:45am. About five minutes after arriving, another individual came in to interview at the same time. The individual that was supposed to conduct the interview did not show up, and someone else in the office conducted the interview. The interview was more of a sales pitch than an actual interview. I quickly learned that the position was 100% commission based and that they were simply seeking out anyone that they could to sell their services. When I walked out of the office, there were at least 12 other individuals waiting to be "interviewed". I suppose it is a good opportunity for someone wanting to make money on the side or for someone that has been out of work for a while. Otherwise, it may be a difficult position for someone to take on. If you want the job, the chances of getting it are likely pretty fair.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Best Choice Roofing and Home Improvement (Charleston, SC) in Nov 2024
Interview
Was smooth. Really the GM wants to get to know you to see if you'll be a good fit with the rest of the team and the daily actives. Casual interview and gave a good synopsis about the career.
