Submit resume online, then HR emails to set up appt to talk over phone, then it goes from there to management. The HR communication leaves much to be desired. I had to email numerous times to clarify if they were calling me or vice versa, what time zone the designated time was set in, and all of this was a struggle because response was very slow. After that, the communication was very spotty, slow response time, and then after 6+ mos I finally got a response. Just felt their process was very unprofessional and discourteous.
