I had a nice conversation during the interview and found it quite informative however the follow up was very poor. It had been over 2 months with no feedback . I find this very unprofessional and one would never treat clients this way . It says a lot about a company if someone can not take a brief moment to send a quick email to candidates and offer a polite update . Very disappointed with this new ghosting habit companies follow .
