There was no interview. Just an online application. It is quite difficult to have to constantly justify every little detail of your reports when you haven't met or submitted a resume and your contractor although you are a subcontractor intimidates you like a salaried employee. This may very well be a scam on taxes.

It included very basic questions. The interview was done over email and phone. The whole process was very short and completed in less than 20 minutes. It was explained to me they offer incentives on jobs, the pay is per shop and until you prove yourself, you are limited on the jobs that you may take.
