An ok process but not always clear what next steps were going to be and sometimes took a while to hear about next steps during busy period which is maybe understandable
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Betclic Everest Group (Bordeaux, Nouvelle-Aquitaine) in Oct 2019
Interview
I applied online. I interviewed at Betclic Everest Group (Sliema)
Interview
I was contacted by HR by email. The first interview is with the HR manager and her assistant. They both hold a standard interview form with very basic HR questions and they alternate between each other in asking me things like tell us a problematic situation in your previous job; what was a good achievement you managed to get and stuff. None of the above question is about my proficiencies (they don’t seem to be interested in understanding whether I am able to do the job or not) or meant to understand what kind of contribution I can bring to the company. The only personal questions according to my cv are why did I leave my previous jobs. They assure me a reply within the next four business days, which happens to arrive after two weeks. A big waste of time for me as I was not given the chance to show my potential and for them as they interviewed a candidate for a hour and released him without really knowing anything about his professional skills
