The interview is very straightforward. Pam Kynkor (president of company), tells you what to expect and the placements you could work in. She also gives you the starting salary and asks if you have any questions. It sounds like a dream job over the phone, but just know it’s not all it’s cracked up to be.

They ask what kind of experience you have, what kind of setting you prefer, and that’s about it. Some personal questions, but they’re just looking to hire a warm body since there’s such high turnover at this company.

Phone interview was an opportunity for me to ask questions / learn information. I was invited to tour the clinic and meet the staff within that location. I was offered a position shortly after.

The president will act super friendly, accept and hire you on the spot, and send you on your merry way. This is because they do not care who is servicing their clients, as long as they are getting paid. They do not ask you personal questions, or even therapist related questions. I cannot express enough that you are just a number to them, and they are ALWAYS hiring because the therapists quit daily.
