Very short and effective, adapted to the seniority of the role. HR persone at the time was really nice and easy to talk to. There were 2 interviews and 1 task to complete.
1st interview was basically just screening, we went through my CV and char around 30 min.
Task and some kind of personality and IQ test is required if you are invited to the 2nd interview. Task itself was pretty basic, it doesn't require a lot of time and I think it serves just for them to get to know you process of thinking and the way of problem solving. I don't know if the iq test is required nowadays, pretty sure they get rid of it.
2 interview is basically going through test results and the task.
