I applied online. I interviewed at Better Cotton Initiative (London, England)
Interview
Several stages - 15min intro call, first round interview, thinking skills assessment, 2nd round interview involving presentation. As with many jobs that have a process like this, it's a lot of time (and energy) applicants are dedicating.

Question 1
What is your experience in supply chains and how do you see the role that traceability plays within supply chains?
I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Better Cotton Initiative in Jan 2025
Interview
The interview process was going smoothly until it wasn’t. I didn’t get through to the last stage which was understandable as they said I didn’t have the right experience, and then I was brought back a month or so later for the final stage which was an interview and a presentation as the role had reopened. This required a lot of time and effort to prep for and was now my 3rd interview with Better Cotton following the completion of a test. I was rejected for the same reasons as before in that my experience wasn’t what they were looking for, and it wasted everyone’s time. My profile was then put forward internally for another role, another month later, where they requested to interview me (I did not initially apply for this role). I have since been rejected again as they said my experience wasn’t relevant enough with an automated response. At this point in time this was my 4th interview with better cotton, with two CV’s and two cover letter, a test, and a presentation they know the experience I have, my work ethic and also my personality. Their recruitment and talent acquisition team need to consider their internal processes for wasting peoples time when they have adequate information on their background and experience before making decisions. It has left a sour taste of an organisation I really wanted to work for.
I was subject to two panel interviews, which included a presentation and a test which required a lot of time. There were irrelevant questions from one of the panel members.
It was so OTT for a one year role.
With all my magnificent experience being obvious,,they preferred to listen to a raw and naive line manager who had mismanaged her portfolio and whose mistakes I had to sort out.
Van truly assess the modus operandi if this entity.
