Already prior to the actual interview, I appreciated BSC's hiring process of asking 3 questions that were all judged independently. This allowed me to introduce myself more effectively than through a cover letter. The interview itself also seemed to follow a fair methodology - asking each interviewee a fixed set of questions. The two interviewers were kind and relaxed as well. Although I didn't get the job, they offered a follow-up call to discuss why they chose to move forward without me. This really impressed me and left me with an especially positive note.
