4 interviews total. 3 behavioral based interviews and one interview with the recruiter.
Interviews were a total waste because I knew with 100 percent certainty that the hiring manager had already decided on who to extend an offer to, which was an individual she worked with at her prior org. And then they basically ghosted me after the 4th interview and turns out they extended an offer to that candidate. A nepotism hire.
So making me go through 4 interviews and not even having the temerity to send me a notification that I wasnt going forward.
Given what Ive seen and read about that org. Good luck to the person who was hired. She will need it.
