Applied online. A recruiter reached out and the process started from there. It was a fairly straight forward process. I interviewed some time ago, but going by some of the newer posts they seem to have brought some consistency to their process. When I interviewed it was a codeshare problem, but it seemed like the problems were pretty open-ended and I couldn't really tell if I did well or not. Clearly, I did not as I did not get an onsite interview. Regardless everyone treated me with respect during the interview process
