Betts Recruiting used the good old fashion "Bait and Switch". They posted a Customer Support Manager role on linkedin and when I was notified back, there was no mention of the Customer Support Manager role or my application. These recruiting companies only care about how fast and how many people they can get through the process. I feel lied to and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless you are intentionally trying to be taken advantage of. On top of that, before I got clarification by sending a picture of my application of the role, they had to reschedule three interviews in a row. Everything seem very unprofessional and disorganized, which would explain the negative experience. My advice to anyone reading this; beware of them offering a good position because that is how they draw you in, then try to put you in a lower position.
