Comfortable and open. I began with HR and the recruiting coordinator. After that meeting, I came in for a second interview with the Operations Manager who was overseeing the Accounting Department at the time. At the end of that meeting - I met with the President and VP of Operations strictly to get to know each other. I was then walked around the office and introduced to the accounting department. After a week, I was hired.
