Beyond Bread interview questions

Went to front counter, announced my presence and asked for the assistant general manager by name (as instructed via email), and then he came out, motioned me outside to a small table, where we spent maybe 15 minutes discussing the role and logistics. I received an offer over phone a few days later after the general manager reviewed my availability.
