Interview
Great people who stayed in constant communication via phone interview and repeded emails to set up time for initial on site interview. On site interview was thorough and lasted about 4-5 hours. Included meeting multiple managers in various areas and a practical test of computing skills, followed by a presentation to a manager of your overall thought process durring the exercise. Overall great experiance

Interview
Video interview and two on site interviews. One with Manager and two team members. The second interview was 3 different mangers of other teams and was a little tougher. More thought based questions and how you would handle disagreements. Having SQL experience is a plus but not required. No Excel test but be prepared to explain in detail how you have used Excel in the past for analytics.

Interview
The one interview question that was bogus was the interview question where they ask you a quantitive question that is impossible to complete. The solution is literally impossible. They have you spend 30 minutes with each person and its 5 hours long.
