They were VERY inconsiderate of my time. A recruiter contacted me mid week to request times I was available for an interview. I gave her a few time slots on Thursday, Friday and Monday. Silence. I followed up and sunday evening she asked for more time slots. I provided additional times. Mind you this is the week I am in the middle of a move. I finally get a interview confirmation on a Tuesday evening for the next day-Wednesday. I have to arrange for childcare for this time. About 1 hours before my interview I get a cancellation notice. Then I get one of those lovely no-reply canned rejection notices ("We have elected to move forward with candidates whose specific experience more closely fit our requirements"). THEN after that, the recruiter emailed an apology with an excuse. Reasons I'm annoyed: Firstly, when the recruiter asked for time slots and doesn't get back, I had to hold those times during a hectic time in my life. Secondly, I am taking the time to properly prepare for the interview, so when said interview is canceled, I have just wasted my time. Thirdly again, I had to arrange childcare to do the prep and for the interview. So to cancel last minute, is just plain inconsiderate. Overstock recruiters- please get it together. Don't go scheduling interviews that will likely get canceled.

They were really nice, I had a phone interview and a skype interview and it was alright. The people in real life weren't as friendly once you're working with them
