Our standard process is a screening call, 1st interview and then 2nd interview. We have systems in place to ensure that every person that attends a screening,1st interview and a 2nd interview is contacted afterwards in a timely manner and given the opportunity to get feedback if they wish. We also encourage all applicants to re-apply as sometimes even though we think your skills are excellent, there is just somebody a little more suitable for our needs in that process.
