It was a one-hour interview that felt relaxed and easy-going. The atmosphere was comfortable, and there was no sense of pressure throughout the conversation. The interviewer was friendly and approachable, which made it easy to share my experiences and thoughts naturally. Teams meeting online with one person. Asked 5 generic questions about teaching preschool children. About 45 minutes long. Interviewer was polite. Didn't think I would get an offer based on her demeanor.
Interview process is pretty extensive. They give you a guide before you interview. A lot of anecdotal questions to answer. It’s best to think about what you’re going to say.
