I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bezos Academy (Seattle, WA) in July 2021
Interview
I had a call with the hiring manager followed by a final interview round with 4 people, usually scheduled over a period of a few days.
Once you're in the system, they move fast though, so that's nice.

Question 1
It's been a while since the interview, but from what I remember, the questions are behavioral (e.g., "Tell me about a time when you disagreed with a coworker and what was the result?") and designed to understand how you approach and solve problems. All of the questions are tied to one of the 13 Leadership Principles.
The recruiting team does a good job providing examples of how you should structure your answers in advance of final rounds. Everyone wants you to be prepared and do your best!
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bezos Academy (Seattle, WA) in July 2023
Interview
Phone screen with recruiter, then hiring manager, then a final interview loop with 6 people (2 folks were shadowing). The final interview loop was pretty intense. The interviewers ask questions tied to specific leadership principles. You need to respond in the STAR format. Bonus points if you have data to back up your responses. To be honest, it was mentally draining. And you'll want different examples for each interviewer. By the end of the week, my brain was mush. But I must have done something right. I was offered the position!
