Bi-Mart interview questions

Filled out additional questionair along with paper application, met with store manager, briefly went over papers manager asked a couple of questions. Like how did I feel that I would bring value to the stores business as an employee. And what were some of my good qualities and some of my not so good qualities.

Interviewer unprepared. I arrived on time. Seemed like interviewer just looked at my resume 10 minutes ago. Asked questions easily answered by my resume. Spent too much time on that's not enough time getting to know me or how I would fit in with the organization
