BiOS interview questions

It's basically a negative experience. The company is based in Tokyo and I had the first interview over the phone. When I ask to leave company before 5:30 as I have pick up of my child then the HR told me there's no employees who work shortened shift for child care. He took 2 weeks to confirm if it's possible to shorten working hours for 30 minutes. And I said I am sexual minority then he decided me I'm a gay and told me not to talk about it anyone in the company. I was shocked and maybe they should educate people better including HR
