Bidnamic interview questions

First Recruiter Call (The recruiter was hardly speaking in English) Then Some online test CTO interview for about 30 mins. The CTO was a nice and calm person. Coding interview for about an hour with an engineer. The engineer wasn't so competent and I felt that he is really bad at infrastructural questions though he was a principal engineer there.

I was scouted on LinkedIn and organised a quick chat with someone over the phone. The phone interview was really casual and was more about who I am as a person. After that, I was invited t the office for a face to face interview. This again was quite casual and focused more on what the role is and if its something I'd like to do as a career.
