I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Big 5 Sporting Goods (Vancouver, WA) in July 2013
Interview
Saw a 'Now Hiring" sign and picked up an application. Sent in the application and made sure to call back frequently. Manager told me that they would call in a week, which he did and was called in for an interview. Interview felt relaxed and comfortable. I was required to take a simple math test.
