Interview
I had the worst experience with the recruitment process here. After a smooth initial process, I was called to the office for the final round, which lasted an hour. I was promised feedback within 48 hours, but the process dragged on for over 15 days. Despite follow-ups, the HR kept giving vague assurances and eventually stopped responding to my calls and messages. When I emailed asking for clarity, I was told feedback was delayed because it hadn’t been provided in writing. After further delays, I was informed my application was on hold as the founder wanted to interview more candidates. This lack of transparency and unprofessionalism was incredibly disappointing.

Interview
It was okay.. but they shudve reviewed the candidates resume properly before the interview instead of being surprised by the fact that the candidate is a fresher and they rather needed someone experienced for the job.
