I applied initially after seeing the post on Indeed and sent over the completed application on 26th August, As I didn't receive acknowledgement of my application I assumed it had been received as normal. A week later I saw that the job had been reposted on Indeed for the new deadline of 16th September (I guess the reason why I didnt hear back was because they had moved the deadline by 3 weeks), I was considering reapplying as I really liked the sound of the job and I have experience helping young people find the right careers for them. So, I re-applied 3 weeks later before the deadline and received an automatic response via Indeed messaging from one of their members of staff who said my cv looked interesting and that they would like to ask me to re apply via their website along with ending the message by saying they really hope to receive my application form. I ended up applying a 3rd time,,,thats right I applied 3 times for this role. I sent an email the next day saying that my application had been received and so, I sent an email saying I had previously applied for the position but the deadline was moved and so this resulted in me applying 3 times. The person overseeing recruitment came back and said they had noted that down and my application had bee passed onto the hiring manager for review and that they would get back to me. A week went by and I heard nothing so I sent an email asking if I could get an update on my application. I was then met with another email which was an out of office one so, I sent the same email again the next day and this time was told that they still were going over applications and that either way someone would get back to me on Friday 27th September. As you can imagine friday came and went and I heard nothing. This is time I'm not going to get back and have been ghosted yet again by another company
