Simple round robin interview process. A pool of five or so applicants sit in the same room of five or so leads. You route to each lead as they ask you personality type questions. Looking more for a culture fit than anything

      Interview

Phone screening, then an in-person interview with a group of managers; it was pretty quick to get a response back after that. They asked very standard-fare CS questions, nothing out of the ordinary, and did not mind if someone did not have incoming technical expertise.

      Question 1

They asked about a time in which a customer was unhappy / dissatisfied and what I did to mitigate that.

      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Big Fish Games in June 2018

      Interview

This was a cattle call for open positions years ago. There was an introductory speech about the jobs, and what they entailed. There was already an email test where you helped a a couple pretend customers on chat or email. We all went into conference room with lots of people, and you were paired with a couple employees. One interviewer was nice enough. The interviewer was a smug know-it-all type and only asked one question (see the question)
