Applied online in March and received a phone call from corporate recruiter for a very brief phone interview. Was scheduled 3 weeks later for a real phone interview with same recruiter that lasted 30 min long to see your communication and feedback level. Made it past that phone interview and had an actual interview with a SM and DM on April 4th. Typical questions that banter back and fourth about the so called stresses of retail. And know I am supposed to hear back by the end of the month to see if I made into the actual program. So its a rather long in depth process, because from the interview they seem to want me to fill the shoes of a SM vacancy.
