The interview process at Big Marlin Group was fun, challenging, and welcoming. It began with an initial phone screening where I was asked about my experience, skills, and interest in the role. Following that, I was invited for one virtual interview, and then one in-person interview. The interview focused on my technical skills in digital marketing, my ability to communicate effectively with clients, and my ability to work collaboratively within a team. Toward the end, I got to meet most of the team, ask questions to those who previously/currently work in my role, and answer some fun questions about myself personally. Overall, the process was thorough yet welcoming, and I felt well-supported and informed throughout each stage.

Question 1
What is one thing we will learn about you within a few months of working with you?
In person, three rounds. One with the team and although you think it might be nerve racking, it is not that bad. It makes it worth it to see who you may be working with every day before accepting the job.
