The interview process consisted of a two screenings, and an in-person interview with various members of the organization which included a technical interview with the manager and other groups.
Overall, the experience was immensely positive. The recruiter was candidly transparent around the role and the interview process, which, after successful screening, was moved onto the director overseeing the roles. The interview itself with the director was refreshing and absolute, where they clearly communicated expectations and a framework around the role itself and the technical requirements needed to become successful in the role.
An in-person interview was followed with the director and key members of BigID who owned groups who the candidate would be working directly with. The interview panel was thorough and asked questions that were stimulating -- far from the norms usually experienced in technology companies -- in all facets from fundamental communication skills to more grounded and broader technical discussions to gauge your skillset.
