Unfortunately, it was very sobering. As an applicant, I invested a lot in the documents I provided to the company to show that I was very well suited for the position and met the criteria in the requirements. Since I had not received any feedback after three weeks, I wrote to the company again. After waiting another three weeks, I contacted the HR department via social media. Unfortunately, another three weeks have passed and I have still not received any response. If applicants are treated with such disrespect, how are employees treated?

It’s highly questionable when employees are treated like job applicants. Application / automated email from Greenhouse / no reply / followed up via LinkedIn after four weeks / no response.
