This job entails more than just getting homeless youth into rental properties Expectation will require being a case manager, counselor, life coach. You’ll be expected to deal with emotional, mental, and substance abuse issues from their respective clientele. You’ll be dealing with tight and extremely high cost rental market, convincing property owners and managers to take a chance and rent to your clients. Case load is 30+ clients a month. After Fed / State taxes (not including YOUR withholdings, expect $36,000. Or less a year.
