President (Hassan) had 1 call and one in person with me. He asks a lot about things outside of work that make up your personality to gauge if you would be a good addition. Be careful if you start to trust him and decide to share any vulnerabilities. He will use them later as a way to legitimize why you are the problem. Don’t share anything you wouldn’t want to have to face down as a reason you don’t meet expectations.
