I went through a multi‑round interview process that included a QA technical round, a coding assessment, a face‑to‑face discussion about the role, and finally a client technical round. The initial rounds went well, and I received positive feedback, which led to the subsequent stages. In the client round, I was appreciated for my overall interaction, and the next day I was asked to submit HR documents.
However, after that point, communication stopped. Despite multiple follow‑ups, I did not receive timely updates, and eventually the feedback shared was negative, which felt inconsistent with the client’s appreciation during the interview.
My suggestion to the company is to maintain transparency throughout the process. If the position is uncertain, it is better not to proceed with interviews and request personal documents. Clear and constructive feedback helps candidates understand their performance and ensures that time and effort from both sides are respected
