Sarcastic & Un-professional Ridiculous Qs - According to one guy - ML can solve problem better than Deep Learning and that there is no need of Deep learning usage ! Two persons - One with Utterly Horrible communication problem - It was hard to understand what he was asking or trying to say. I think Communication is the bridge irrespective of technological usage. They seemed to just skim through or have some fun interviewing candidates ! It was a judicious mixture of Sarcastic & Un-professional technical interview. Didn't enjoy a bit ! Never waste time at such small companies !

First thing first, the comments here made by several people are absolutely correct. I didn't believe first but after gone through it I realized the same as others. So now sharing my experience: Interview process is too much (unnecessary)time consuming. HR called me for first round of telephonic interview. In telephonic interview I've clearly told them that I don't have NLP 'live' experience. Even then, they have called me for second round of interview, which went pretty well and cleared that round too. Then they arranged a third round with their India technology head. Which also went through. BUT, then, there was a big silent and I literally had to try very hard to get a single reply. And in the end (nearly 2.5 months of process) they said they want someone with NLP skills. I mean what kind of professionalism is this. Its too pathetic.
